The exclusive presale for Live For This: 10 Years of Warface starts on September 4th, 07:00 PM CEST until September 5th, 06:00 PM CEST. You can only enter this sale through your personal shop link (check your e-mail and spam) if you pre-registered. Make sure to log in to your Art of Dance account at least an hour before entering the queue to prevent login problems.

If the event does not sell before the 5th of September 06:00 PM CEST, there will be a regular sale on the 5th of September at 07:00 PM CEST.

Tickets for Live For This: 10 Years of Warface need to be personalized. In case you have ordered multiple tickets, it’s necessary to personalize every ticket per visitor. Personalizing the other tickets within your order is possible by login in to your account (or by creating one if you haven’t already). You are able to claim 1 ticket per account. Once everyone within your order has claimed his or her ticket, the main buyer will receive all tickets via email. If this is still not working, you can best contact Paylogic Support. Only after personalization has been completed, you will receive your tickets via email. It is possible to personalize your tickets from the 6th of September 09:00 AM CEST until the 11th of November 2023 via artofdance.nl/personalize.

Transfer tickets after personalization
Made an error in the personalization of your tickets or want to transfer your personalized tickets to somebody else? You can change the name on your ticket by using Ticket Transfer from Paylogic. Use the e-mail address you entered when placing the order and the barcode of the ticket that you want to change. The new owner of the ticket will receive a separate e-mail with the updated ticket. The old barcode is automatically canceled and will no longer be displayed in your order. The minimum age for Live For This: 10 Years of Warface is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years or older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

At Live For This: 10 Years of Warface there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are disabled toile

It is not allowed to take medication without a doctor’s statement. If you do have a valid doctor’s statement, you can bring your medication.

In addition, it is possible to pump and store this during the event at the First Aid.

There will be enough lockers (regular and large) available at Live For This: 10 Years of Warface. There will be no lockers sold in the online presale.

It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.

During Live For This: 10 Years of Warface there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected].

All photo cameras are allowed. Take yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #LFT2023. Selfie sticks are allowed with a maximum length of 1 m.

Professional video cameras are not allowed, video cameras may not be larger than 20×20 cm.

At the AFAS live it is only possible to pay with a credit or debit card in the entire venue. Would you prefer to pay in cash? Then get a special prepaid card to pay. This card is available at the checkouts.

The drugs policy at Live For This: 10 Years of Warface is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed. The police will check more strictly for prohibited narcotics at dance events throughout the Netherlands. We as an organization are obliged to hand over anyone caught with these prohibited substances to the police.

Due to the smoking ban in public areas, it is prohibited to smoke outside of the designated smoking areas. Due to high fines for smoking outside of these areas and because of health risks, cigarettes and capes will not be sold at Warface presents Live For this. You may bring your own cigarettes and vapes.

In addition, it is allowed to bring an e-smoker or vape. Make sure it is filled. It is not allowed to take opened refills, you can only bring sealed ones.

Smoking and using an E-Smoker or vape is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Due to the high fines imposed by the NVWA for smoking outside the designated smoking areas. We would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. If you decide to smoke outside the designated smoking areas, you run the risk of being removed from the event. Thanks in advance!

You have only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand too close by speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. Earplugs are for sale during the event.

During Live For This: 10 Years of Warface we celebrate safe. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome at the Celebrate Safe stand (supported by Unity) in the hallway. Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and open minded advice about alcohol and other drugs. This will be anonymous and in a safe environment.

Not feeling well? Or is somebody around you not feeling well? Please don’t hesitate and go to our first aid. Take care of yourself and each other!

Don’t feel like being the designated driver? You can also get to Live For This: 10 Years of Warface by public transport. You can take the train to Bijlmer Arena Station in Amsterdam. Need to catch the last train of the day back home? Trains will still run from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA after midnight.

Be well prepared for your journey and use the ‘NS Reisplanner’ or ‘9292’. Use these tools to find out what’s the best route to the event and if there are any constructions on your route.

There will be no shuttle buses between Bijlmer Arena Station and Live For This: 10 Years of Warface. The event is located within walking distance from the train station.

Are you traveling to Live For This: 10 Years of Warface by car? Driving to Live For This: 10 Years of Warface with GPS, enter the following address: ArenA Boulevard 590. Please note, all drivers are prohibited from stopping in the entire ArenA area. Stopping in the area can lead to high fines. Follow the instructions of staff and the police at all times. It’s possible to park your car near Live For This: 10 Years of Warface. You can buy an exit ticket at a special event rate for the following parking locations: P1, P3, P4, P5, P6, P10 and P18.

Will you be dropped off and/or picked up? Lucky you! Your driver can use the short stay option at P1 to drop you off and pick you up. Please note, all drivers are prohibited from stopping in the entire ArenA area. Stopping in the area can lead to high fines. Follow the instructions of staff and the police at all times.

If you’re traveling to Live For This: 10 Years of Warface by taxi, make sure the driver follows the ‘Taxi’ signs to the taxi stand. When you leave the event, there are taxis at the special ranks in the surrounding area.

Are you living close by and will you hop on your bike or scooter? Park your bike or scooter at the designated bicycle storage at ArenAPoort.

However you choose to travel to Live For This: 10 Years of Warface, travel safely. If you’ve had a few drinks, you are likely to overestimate the extent to which you’re still able to drive. You should know though, that you’re a danger to yourself and other road users. Make sure you’ll be able to get home safely. Never get into a car with someone who is not sober. Get yourself a sober driver, call a cab, find yourself a hotel, ask someone to come and pick you up or use public transport.
