I didn’t receive my ticket(s) or lost them, what to do?
Tickets will be sent to your email address right after you completed the payment. Didn’t receive them or lost them? Go to paylogic.nl/tickets, enter your email address and you will receive your tickets again.
You can also download your tickets in your Paylogic profile. Log in over here. Can’t find your tickets in your Paylogic profile either? You might have used a wrong email address or made a typo. Please contact Paylogic customerservice so they can change this.

Photo moment
You have a chance to get a photo with Angerfist himself! There will be a special photo moment at 03:15 on the first floor.
Lockers
There will be lockers available at Angerfist – Diabolic Dice. The lockers can only be bought at the event. There will be no presale. The costs of a locker will be €10,- with a deposit of €4,-. You can return the key of the locker at the end of the show at the box office to get your deposit back.
Minimum age
The minimum age for Angerfist – Diabolic Dice is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years of older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

Payment methods
At the AFAS live it is only possible to pay with a credit or debit card in the entire venue. Would you prefer to pay in cash? Then get a special prepaid card to pay. This card is available at the cash, credit or debit card checkouts.

Disabled
At Angerfist – Diabolic Dice there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are disabled toilets.
What you can(not) bring

- Water bag – if it’s empty

- E-Smoker/vape – opened refills are not allowed
What you can’t bring:
- Liquids
- Sharp/dangerous items
- Selfiesticks longer than 1 m.

- Food/drinks
Handbags
It is not allowed to bring large bags. Handbags no larger than an A4 size and no thicker than 10 cm may be carried. All bags will be checked and please note: you can’t store your big bag anywhere. We advise you to leave your bag at home or at the hotel.
Food and drinks
During Angerfist – Diabolic Dice there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected].
Cigarettes
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Due to the high fines imposed by the NVWA for smoking outside the designated smoking areas. We would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. If you decide to smoke outside the designated smoking areas, you run the risk of being removed from the event. Thanks in advance!
Medication
It is not allowed to take medication without a doctor’s statement. If you do have a valid doctor’s statement, you can bring your medication. In addition, it is possible to pump and store this during the event at the First Aid.
Charge your phone
It’s not possible to charge your phone during the event.
Protect your ears
You have only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand to close by speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. At the different vending machines you can buy hearing protection.
(Video)Camera’s
All photo cameras are allowed. Take yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #DiabolicDice. Selfie sticks are allowed with a maximum length of 1 m.
Professional video cameras are not allowed, video cameras may not be larger than 20×20 cm.
Zero tolerance
The drugs policy at Angerfist – Diabolic Dice is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed. So this means you also can’t bring weet/hash. If you do decide to take drugs with you, you take the risk of being removed from the terrain or be handed over to the police.
Celebrate Safe
During Angerfist – Diabolic Dice we celebrate safe. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome at the Celebrate Safe stand (supported by Unity) in the hallway . Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and open minded advice about alcohol and other drugs. This will be anonymous and in a safe environment.
