Timetable

This is the timetable for Live For This: 10 Years of Warface.

Photo moment

During Live for This: 10 Years of Warface there will be a special moment for a photo with Warface from 00:00 AM until 00:30 AM. This will take place on the first floor behind the second area and it’s reachable via the stairs in the main entry hall.

Lockers

There will be lockers available at Live For This: 10 Years of Warface. The lockers can only be bought at the event. There will be no presale. The costs of a locker will be €10,- with a deposit of €4,-. You can return the key of the locker at the end of the show at the box office to get your deposit of €4,- back.

Please note: large bags are not allowed. Handbags with a maximum size of A4 and approximately 10 cm thick are excluded. If you still want to take a bag with you and it meets the conditions, you can put it in a locker.

Are you looking for a locker or a luggage storage company in the ArenAPoort area? Above the entrance of the Ziggo Dome you will find our luggage lockers (take the stairs up in the square). While attending an event in ArenaApoort like Ziggo Dome, Johan Cruyff ArenA or AFAS Live, you can rent a locker and store your luggage safely. You can rent a large locker here for storing luggage such as backpacks, overnight bags, trolleys, a helmet or suitcases. The luggage lockers are open until 1 hour after the event. Minimum age

The minimum age for Live For This: 10 Years of Warface is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years or older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

Entrance

Make sure you are on time as the doors will close at 03:00 AM.

Payment methods

At the AFAS live it is only possible to pay with a credit or debit card in the entire venue. Would you prefer to pay in cash? Then get a special prepaid card to pay. This card is available at the checkouts.

Recycle system

We work with a deposit system on all cups, cans, and bottles we hand out at the bar during all our events. In order to recycle everything we hand out, we want to collect as much as possible. This way, we keep the event clean together and we make sure there is no trash on the ground.

How does this work? You will receive a recycle chip at the entrance for free. Pay attention: this chip isn’t a token you can use to pay for beverages. It has no value and can only be used for the deposit.

First round? Hand in your recycle chip during your order at the bar;
Next round? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it when you order your new drink;
Lost your cup? Then you will have to pay 0,5 token for a new cup/bottle;
Done? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it for a recycle chip.

Disabled

At Live For This: 10 Years of Warface there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are disabled toilets. There is also a lift at the location of Live For this: 10 Years of Warface.

Cigarettes

There won’t be cigarettes available at Live For This: 10 Years of Warface.

Due to the smoking ban in public areas, it is prohibited to smoke outside of the designated smoking areas. Due to high fines for smoking outside of these areas and because of health risks, cigarettes will not be sold at Live For this: 10 Years of Warface. You may bring your own cigarettes.

In addition, it is allowed to bring an e-smoker or vape. Make sure it is filled. It is not allowed to take opened refills, you can only bring sealed ones.

Smoking and using an E-Smoker or vape is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Due to the high fines imposed by the NVWA for smoking outside the designated smoking areas. We would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. If you decide to smoke outside the designated smoking areas, you run the risk of being removed from the event. Thanks in advance!

Medication

It is not allowed to take medication without a doctor’s statement. If you do have a valid doctor’s statement, you can bring your medication. In addition, it is possible to pump and store this during the event at the First Aid.

Protect your ears

You’ve got only one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand to close by speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. (Video)Camera’s

All photo cameras are allowed. Take yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #LiveForThis2023. Selfie sticks are allowed with a maximum length of 1 m.

Professional video cameras are not allowed, video cameras may not be larger than 20×20 cm.

Zero tolerance

The drugs policy at Live For This: 10 years of Warface is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed. So this means you also can’t bring weed/hash. If you do decide to take drugs with you, you take the risk of being removed from the terrain or be handed over to the police.

Celebrate Safe

During Live For This: 10 Years of Warface we Celebrate Safe. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome at the Celebrate Safe stand (supported by Unity) in the hallway . Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and open minded advice about alcohol and other drugs. This will be anonymous and in a safe environment.

Jewelry & other valuables

It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.
